Central Berlin. Exact venue will be announced in March. The space includes a main hall and breakout rooms for group work — think loft or coworking, not a convention center.
English. All sessions, materials, and facilitation are in English.
It depends on the package. All tickets include brainstorm sessions, lightning talks, speed matching, and coffee & refreshments. Full and Immersive packages add a strategy session (Day 3) and a presentation slot. Evening shows (Alizée, Friedrichstadt-Palast) are available separately. See the Tickets section for details.
Full refund up to 30 days before the event. 50% refund up to 14 days before. After that, tickets are non-refundable but transferable to a colleague.
Berlin is served by BER airport with direct flights from most European cities. The venue is accessible by public transport. We'll share detailed directions closer to the event.

Behind EVERSEE
EVERSEE grew out of nearly three decades of producing live entertainment — from corporate galas and cruise shows to contemporary circus and immersive theatre across 15 countries.
Since 2015, we've been bringing together the people who build the shows and the people who build the tools. The Creative Summit is our most focused format yet: a small, curated group working on real problems instead of watching presentations.
